Everything you need to know about repeat prescriptions, appointments, home visits and our practice terms at a glance.
1. No appointments or prescription requests by e-mail
Please note that appointments, prescription requests and sick notes are not possible by e-mail. All medical conversations – such as discussing results or diagnostic and therapeutic information – take place only at the practice. Please call us at +43 1 907 32 22.
2. Repeat prescriptions & e-prescription
For regular patients with chronic conditions we are happy to issue repeat prescriptions after regular medical check-ups. With the e-prescription, your prescription is stored electronically in the e-card system and can be collected at any pharmacy with your e-card.
3. Documents to bring (e-card)
Please bring your valid e-card to every visit and, on your first visit, an official photo ID. Without a valid e-card a private deposit may be charged, which is refunded once the e-card is presented.
4. Blood tests, check-ups & home visits
For blood tests (Wednesday 09:00–11:00), preventive check-ups and minor surgical procedures, please book an appointment by phone. We will also explain how to prepare for your blood test. Please request necessary home visits as early as possible – ideally one day in advance – by phone.
